Why I Love Bodyweight Training And The Metabolic Effect

Bodyweight TrainingJust getting ready to head on a plane to travel Los Angeles. I have been doing a crazy amount of traveling this month.

On this trip, I’m going to be doing some video collaborations with some fitness coaches and I expect it to be a cool experience.

As well, I’ll be speaking at a fitness business mastermind.

But mostly, I’m looking forward to getting some bodyweight workouts done while I’m on the go. it’s absolutely amazing to be able to do this.

This is why I love bodyweight training – it works well for my traveling lifestyle and the metabolic effect is also incredible.

When I’m stationed, I’ll focus more on weights.

When I’m on the road, it’s mostly bodyweight training.
